Technical Product Owner -Bss

What´s the role?

As a Technical Product Owner, you will bridge the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment of products with business goals and user needs. You will be responsible for gathering and prioritizing requirements, defining the product vision, and developing a roadmap in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will also manage the product backlog, collaborate with the engineering team on product development, and measure product performance.

How can you add value?

• Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) to guide the agile software development team.

• Manage and Deliver technology projects including application development, integration, data migration, testing, etc. for IT organization

• Manage the product backlog and prioritize it based on changing requirements.

• Oversee all phases of product creation, including design and development.

• Create detailed user stories and epics with acceptance criteria and a definition of done.

• Collaborate with vendors and influence their roadmap to align with business requirements.

• Create business cases for improvements within the domain.

• Actively engage with project managers and business stakeholders to understand project requirements, manage risks and issues,

• and meet delivery schedules by working with the Scrum Master/Technical Manager/Engineering Manager.

What do you need?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

• experience with Agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, and Agile tools like JIRA or Confluence.

• Telecommunications industry experience preferred.

• Good to have:

• Knowledge TMF eTOM and SID framework aligned product development

• Experience within a DevOps environment and comprehension of Automated CI/CD pipelines

• Knowledge Telecom tecnlogies and product development

• AWS Cloud services

Preferred Certifications: (At least one certification is required)

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO)
• SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)
• Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
