We're hiring world-class talent to help Sunrun's internal software platform keep up with rapid growth rates. Want to re-invent how consumers use and buy energy? Ownership of CRM Infrastructure and interactions between CRM and ERP and other services
Drive definition and execution of complex cross-platform software initiatives
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and define current and future business processes
Partner with enterprise architects to determine optimal software and integration solutions
Track CRM performance in partnership with application support team to identify and resolve system inefficiencies and user issues
Apply strong product and process sense to identify opportunities to optimize and simplify Sunrun's systems and operations
Create preliminary design concepts and user stories and work with engineering to implement
Initiate and prioritize projects, assist in business process and technical solution definition, track development and create launch plans
Communicate product priorities and plans across the organization
Define and manage to a set of business outcomes and KPIs
What we are looking for
An experienced Technical Product Manager with a refined product sense, strong empathy for users, and experience working in a Salesforce/Oracle environment
A background in computer science, software development, software integrations or other technical subjects
A pragmatic thinker who loves to solve problems and simplify complex systems
3+ years of software product management or business analyst experience
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
Significant experience with Salesforce CRM and Oracle ERP systems, system integration and APIs
Salesforce Administrator certification and Lightning experience desired. Experience migrating CRM objects to Lightning a plus
Experience in developing products through lifecycle from concept to launch
Experience iterating on products using Agile methodologies
Demonstrated ability to gather user requirements and convert them into a compelling product vision
Skilled at working with technical teams to produce prototypes and iterations
Ability to accelerate the shipping/launching of products, including providing hands-on leadership
Distinctive problem solving, organizational, communications and analytical skills with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
