Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop an intimate understanding of revenue-generating products across the enterprise that use our products and services and maintain a list of product owners, contact, SMEs and operational leaders that support them

  • Gather and analyze user and client feedback on our products (complaints, NPS results, user panels, UAT, etc.)

  • Gather intelligence about competitive products (internal and external)

  • Manage a stakeholder committee who will provide guidance to develop product vision and roadmap

  • Create and communicate a product vision to leadership, clients and users

  • Prioritize and contribute to the backlog of enhancements

  • Gather and publish metrics that assess product usage and health

  • Create and regularly update a 1-2 year product roadmap

  • Drive innovation into our product portfolio in collaboration with business, operational and technology leaders

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience

  • 3 years of product ownership or product management experience, ideally in an agile environment

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others

  • Familiarity with software development concepts and comfortable reading and interpreting technical documentation and working with developers, solution architects and other technical staff

  • Familiarity with emerging technologies used in healthcare such as IoT, AI/ML, blockchain, NLP, and genomics

  • Strategic thinker

  • Experience working in the healthcare space, ideally in a clinical-facing environment

  • Comfortable facing out to internal and external customers and users and all levels

  • Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting to large groups

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agile product owner or agile leader certification
