Technical Operations Specialist

Description:

A small growing engineering company is looking for support for a technical operations manager role supporting their engineering contracts at multiple government agencies.

Will take on a multiple of support functions in order to support the growth and development of the organization.

Put together technical and team communications for the employees supporting various programs. This includes compiling monthly technical reports to the customer, team communications for networking and operations purposes and others as required.

Support the business operations through tracking costs and project data in Deltek Costpoint and MS Office SW programs.

Support the creation of business processes for the organization supporting how they perform all functions of support for government contracts.

Help with BD support functions for new technical business in a variety of tasks, meeting support, strategy support, etc.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or related mix of experience to provide as equivalent.

At least 3-5 yrs of related experience. Experience with smaller growing companies highly preferred.

Experience with government contracts support is highly preferred.

Experience with a variety of SW programs including MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Access and Deltek Costpoint are highly preferred.
