The primary focus of this role is to support the global product & technology organization in transforming our software delivery lifecycle to ensure focus on defined outcomes that lead to iterative and incremental value for our clients., In addition, this role will also support the refinement of existing teams and build out of new empowered teams that are delivering high-quality and resilient products. This will include working across multiple portfolios to identify opportunities to streamline our software delivery life cycle, support and participate in strategic decision-making around engineering excellence with the client being our focus in everything we do. The ideal candidate must understand software development project lifecycle in an agile environment and requires mature leadership, strong change management, influential and communication skills to ensure methodology adoption and sustainment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

  • Build stakeholder relationship and positively engage the Business / Product teams in the delivery lifecycle.

  • Support teams to strategize and build their outcome-based model blueprint.

  • Provide expertise and assistance in building the roll-out plan to scale the model across the organization.

  • Infuse and refine the agile methodology across the organization with success metrics in place to help identify continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Build out an onboarding model for current & future teams, programs, portfolios that align to a standard "way of work" model with support for continuous refinement/growth as opportunities are identified.

  • Dashboard tracking for enablement as well as standardized progress updates and overall portfolio and program health.

  • Coach and guide through deployment phases.

Performance Measures:

  • Development, rollout, and measurement of the outcome based "way of work" model for all software development teams.

  • Identification and implementation of Enterprise-wide programs to support efficient and effective delivery of value to our customers.

  • Onboarding and upskilling of current operations team into the outcome-based approach.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.

  • Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) is a plus

  • Previous Development Lead and/or Product Lead experience is a plus

You'll have the below experience:

  • 8+ years of technical Program / Project management with 3+ years delivering Scrum methodology in software development life cycle (SDLC).

  • Proficiency with at least one Agile Lifecycle Management tool (e.g. Rally, JIRA). Thorough understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to coach and mentor all roles on a Scrum team.

  • Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) technology is a plus.

  • Successful experience working with geographically diverse teams and international exposure

  • Strong change management experience to transform way of working across teams.

  • Proven record of delivering large projects on time and within budget.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills

  • Skilled in building relationships and navigating through organizations.

  • Work independently in a demanding and dynamic environment.

You'll have the below skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) with engineering teams to accomplish project goals. Able to propagate information promptly, clearly, and unambiguously.

  • Able to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and external.

  • Ability to work on highly complex assignments with minimal instructions.

  • Ability to drive cultural change management.

  • Must be a strong collaborator, team player as well as an individual contributor.

  • Able to strategically manage several concurrent projects and be able to effectively adapt to shifting priorities.

  • Knowledge of software languages, hardware platforms and their uses.

  • Must possess extensive knowledge in the use of project management methodologies and tools; resource management practices and change management techniques.

  • Able to adapt style to different working environments, situations and cultures.

  • Ability to influence in a matrix organization.

  • Must possess a can-do, winning attitude, the highest level of integrity, and the ability to inspire confidence with an open, trustworthy, and engaging style.

  • Ability to interact with all levels of management and demonstrate leadership.

  • Sets clear direction, energizes and aligns teams

  • Data analysis experience with team-based metrics for delivery
