What does a great Technical Operations Analyst, Senior do at Fiserv?
You'll monitor software issues and processing schedules in a multi-vendor platform environment that includes both Unisys and IBM platforms. No two days will be the same as you perform daily functions to ensure processing accuracy and integrity. We need someone who cares and can prevent, identify, investigate, and resolve processing problems so we can be the best for our clients day in and day out. Although this job is process orientated, we encourage our staff to use creativity and knowledge to identify ways to better serve our client's needs.
You're the kind of person who can:
Analyze, resolve, and provide technical resources to operations staff in defining and resolving operational problems within a variety of applications
Research and resolve client problems and needs for Premier
Participate in Premier software upgrades
Work with product developers and SME's on Premier application issues.
Document problems and corrective procedures
Serve as Operations resource on conversion, migration, merger events.
Performs test loading of files and puts together live process.
Work with Lincoln and Data Center resources on issues.
Simulate or recreate client problems to resolve user operating difficulties
Serve as information resource and liaison to other Fiserv segments; participate from strategic, operational, technical and functional perspectives
Document and work on application issues
Attends on-going training to achieve level of technical skill needed to solve more complex problems.
Act as an Escalation point for Premier application issues
Perform other duties as required.

Required Qualifications For Consideration:
Bachelor's Degree or High School diploma
Minimum two years work-related experience
Banking background and familiarity/experience with banking operations is advantageous.
Hands on Experience with Premier applications, WFL, Unisys
