About the Role

As part of the Technical Operations team, you will be responsible for both operational and analysis work on platform data. This position is responsible for working with other Analysts, Engineers and Client Experience Team members to provide the highest level of service to our Clients.

You Will

  • Work cross-functionally with our implementation and analytics teams to make operational plans for program implementations

  • Research and document steps for automation of recurring tasks

  • Work with our implementation and product teams to ensure program implementation plans align with product functionality and standards

  • Write SQL queries and updates of various complexity to support ongoing Technical Operations

  • Ensure issues and problems are addressed following service level and key performance indicators

You Are

  • Able to work cross-functionally with implementation and client facing teams

  • Able to set, maintain, and monitor a program-driven data schedule

  • Able to use data research and manipulation skills, including proficiency in SQL, Python, or a parallel language

  • Able to solve problems, create solutions and work independently

  • Able to drive efficiencies through creativity in problem solving

  • Proactive/ Good Negotiator /Culture fit

  • Able to/desire to work in a fast paced environment

You Have

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum 1-3 years of work experience

  • Experience working with database tools such as Redshift and MongoDB

  • Professional experience working with Microsoft SQL Server

  • Experience with JSON

  • Experience with Python

  • Experience with Mongo

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong attention to details

  • Strong organizational skills

The Customer Contact Center (CCC) at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis is seeking a Manager to lead a group of Technical Analysts who provide support for the nation's largest financial institutions. The CCC is part of the Federal Reserve System's Customer Relations and Support Office (CRSO) which has a strategic leadership role within the Federal Reserve, including managing the nation-wide electronic payments and information delivery network (FedLine Solutions). Through operations in Minneapolis and Kansas City, CCC personnel provide the highest quality professional technical and service setup support for over 110,000 customers in nearly 10,000 organizations that utilize FedLine Solutions. In this role, you will plan, direct and implement strategic goals and objectives, drive change and continuous improvement, and lead a team of direct and indirect reports in Minneapolis and Kansas City. Responsibilities include: Directs and coordinates the operational, technical, analytical support team and automation activities of the department ensuring optimal day-to-day and long-term operational objectives are met. Supports official staff in the effective and efficient administration of the department, which includes: resource planning and alignment; formulation and administration of department budgets; coordinating research and identifying opportunities for process improvements, emerging technologies, and business trends to leverage within the business. Manages supervisors, project managers, analysts and/or operations staff. Develops, motivates, and evaluates performance of staff, which includes managing staff to identify developmental assignments and training opportunities, working with individuals on their career goals, delegating responsibilities, providing timely feedback and evaluating performance on any of the preceding duties. Supports official staff with strategic planning to achieve business objectives. Includes overseeing the development and maintenance of strategic plans and tools. Oversees key national projects including automation efforts. Acts as project leader and /or facilitates team efforts on highly complex System and local projects. Communicates and collaborates across System resources and department functions to resolve complex business and/or technical issues. Provides high level expertise on project management, business, financial and technological issues. Leads compliance with System and local policies, coordinates work assignments and implementation with efficient use of department and System resources, leads change and process improvement efforts. Plays a key role in the full cycle of employment matters, including but not limited to those involving hiring, retention and performance optimization, salary recommendations, and decisions related to the termination of employment, as well as the documentation of these matters. Performs other duties as assigned.
