Here at Siemens, we have the Technical Marketing Leadership Development Program (TMLDP) that will help foster your expertise in this area while contributing to the advancement of our business and the markets we serve.

In the TMLDP program, you will improve upon your leadership skills being able to support one of the sales, business development, marketing or application engineering teams. As part of the TMLDP, you will learn to own and drive business enabling initiatives with our marketing, strategy, product management or engineering teams. This role will afford you the opportunity to bring about change, growth, and success for Siemens in the Building Products Market or the Digital Industries Market.

This fulltime position will allow you the opportunity to bring about change, growth, and success for many of Siemens' products and companies. Here, you will use your creativity and unique skill set to create new methodologies, improve processes, and implement go-to-market strategies. You will receive mentoring from Siemens' team of innovators and learn: Product and project management Strategic marketing Resource and asset development Product management Industry and product marketing Sales enablement Business development This program is a two-year program, with four, six-month rotations where you will serve as a Product Manager, Project Manager, Business Developer, Marketing Specialist, Application Engineering, or Technical Sales. Additionally, the program offers unparalleled networking, access to industry experts, bi-annual leadership week events, and personal and professional development plans.

The program start date is July. Target Openings 8 Job Description Summary The goal of the Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) internship is to attract and develop self-motivated individuals who are highly skilled and passionate about a career in business operations while providing a foundation for future success within the organization. As an OLDP intern, you will be exposed to a challenging professional work experience in business operations with planned activities giving you insight into business, operations, and the many career options at Travelers. With many company-wide events such as Intern Symposium and community outreach events, you will have the opportunity to interact and network with many levels of leadership and management. You will be expected to work together with fellow interns to develop and present solutions to relevant business and operations topics.
