What you'll do
Member of the Global Technical Marketing Team for Active Safety. Reports into Automated Driving Systems (ADS).
Responsible to implement Advanced Driver Assistance Features on demonstration cars.
Host customer and investor demonstrations to communicate Veoneer capability and seek customer feedback/input.
Lead demonstration vehicle integration of ADAS features released by the platform development teams. Examples include: Autonomous Emergency Braking, ACC, Traffic Jam Assist
Integrate ADAS software and debug system on demonstration vehicles
Support customer/investor demonstrations of Veoneer Technology, regional and international
Solicit customer input on existing features shown and future needs
Participate and support feature benchmarking activities
Seek, analyze, and report customer feedback to Active Safety Product Planning Process.
What you'll bring
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science required. Master's or higher preferred.
3-7 years of relevant systems engineering experience in the electronics industry, automotive focus preferred
Matlab and Simulink, model based design experience
Vehicle network monitoring experience
Model-based system development
dSPACE Micro Autobox experience
CAN, Flexray experience
Prior experience with Application engineering, Customer interaction and System integration.
Previous Experience with ADAS, camera, radar, airbag, brake control, engine/powertrain control, and steering controls.
