The impact you'll have

As a technically savvy Senior Technical Project Manager, you will join iCrossing to help oversee one of our largest web development accounts. You will have a chance to lead both onshore and offshore technical teams on the development and maintenance of websites. We will look to you to be a primary communication point with the Client and you will be instrumental in making sure that appropriate Agile project management methodology is being followed with the technology team.

What you'll do

  • You will be responsible for managing the deliverables of web based technical projects

  • You will be the primary voice from the Technical team who can translate the Technical team's status and needs into language business people can understand. This includes ongoing status updates and new work intake requests

  • You will be responsible for the overall Project Plan creation and management by working with Technical, Creative and Strategy teams to establish list of tasks and dependencies to form sprint plans and timelines

  • You will work with Project team to create tasks with JIRA and establish Scrum / Agile boards to track and report on progress. Scheduling and running Scrum Ceremonies for team members to help manage backlogs and sprint planning.

  • You will access technical risk, and assist technical problem solving

Who you are

  • You have Interactive / digital agency experience and/or have worked in a professional services environment delivering consumer facing websites

  • You have at least 5+ years of project management experience in a technical environment

  • You have demonstrated experience in running Agile projects.

  • You have worked on an AWS or AEM project

  • You are able to utilize JIRA to its full capacity in Agile projects

  • You have managed at least one web development project

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools, including Excel and Microsoft Project

  • You have a Bachelor Degree or equivalent

What You'll Do: * Oversee and be responsible for the latest in working on the latest video and skill games, kitchen equipment, register systems and coin and ticket mechanisms * Oversee and be responsible for the latest arcade games, register and IT systems and ticket dispensers * Manage the electrical and mechanical aspects of the game room; perform daily preventative maintenance and repairs * Troubleshoot, repair and/or replace defective electronic components, boards and computers * Operate stage show equipment and manage repairs and preventative maintenance, including compressor operation, lighting and sound, pneumatics, mac valves, cylinders, boards and stage show cosmetics * Maintain an inventory of electronic equipment, mechanical parts and tools * Maintain a budget * Maintain a safety-focused attitude at all times Skills We're Looking For: * Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot down to the component board level * Planning, organization and multi-tasking skills * Attention to detail * Time management and a sense of urgency * Military experience, a technical degree, or previous electrical or mechanical training, preferred Minimum Qualifications: * Must be at least 18 years of age * Must be able to work up to 45 hours per week * Must have a high school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience Essential Job Functions and Work Environment: * Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift. * Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift. * In addition to the essential job responsibilities stated above, the ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others, including guests and Team members, are essential functions of the job. * The work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noise.
