Multiple positions open for technical lead:

1Lead DevOps Scrum Team as part of the Agile Systems Team to deliver service capabilities to use automation in all aspects of the build and deploy workflow. Collaborate with Quality Engineering and System Architects on the trains to re-enforce an Architectural Runway that drives toward a Release when Ready posture for all applications under change.

Drive systems design discovery through customer feedback and collaborate with other technology constituents to ensure that the larger SDLC products align to the DevOps product line Foster a customer centric mindset by understand and anticipating the needs of the organization and distill the feedback and the collaboration into Features and Stories delivering value. Mature the use of the DevOps tool chains and approaches across the technology domain Enable a community environment where other delivery teams contribute with ideas fostering an inner-source environment Must be able to code proficiently in any of the current generation programming languages (C++, Java, Groovy, Scala) or scripting languages such as python, perl Incorporate industry best practices and be able to tailor practices for Cigna Incorporate service virtualization, test automation, CICD, TDM, CM, RM tools and processes towards a Continuous Delivery Model to help realize the vision of Release when Ready Incorporate Resiliency and Performance Engineering into the DevOps strategy Guide teams on leveraging containers and how to leverage the DevOps infrastructure in the cloud Transition the current DevOps approach into the cloud where appropriate. Architect, design and develop the integration with other DevOps build and release tool chains (.NET, mainframe) Evangelize DevOps strategy with stakeholders across various development, operations and quality teams Leverage your exceptional ability and motivation to solve problems and learn fast Mentor, coach and develop junior engineers and team members to accelerate the growth mindset Drive engineering best practices into the teams

2.Assist in the coordination and development of the annual budget. ?Prepare budget transfers and amendments as needed for the above assigned funds. ? Serve as primary Finance Liaison to assigned program directors providing analytical information to assist them in the budget management process. T Train and provide support to program staff regarding financial and compliance requirements. ? Prepare budget amendments for assigned funds and quarterly reports for the Board of Educations approval. ? Assist in preparation of Finance Department publications. ? Maintain and upgrade finance forms, and finance website. ? Prepare Maintenance of Effort report, Comparability report, surveys, and other requested reporting. ? Key and ensure finance purchase orders are completed in a timely manner. ? Prepare monthly and yearly sales tax reports. ? Assist Accounts Payable as needed. ? Provide administrative support for the Chief Financial Officer. ? Additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Chief Finance Officer.


3.Quality Assurance Manager Job Duties: Accomplishes quality assurance human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change. Meets quality assurance financial objectives by estimating requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories.

Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures. Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints; collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods. Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.

Updates job knowledge by studying trends in and developments in quality management; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. 4.5-7 years experience in Java-J2EE Development ? Possess advanced knowledge of object-oriented design and development (OOA/OOD) and the J2EE framework and data architectures. ? Experience working with and applying Design patterns to solve problems. ? Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills. ? Hands on experience in Tomcat and Weblogic/Websphere servers

5.5-7 years experience in Java-J2EE Development ?
