The Developer will develop software applications, including the design, coding, and standards. This role will be supporting a Federal customer.Duties and responsibilities:

• Analyze and study complex system requirements to design and develop software tools, support software reuse and domain analysis, and manage the implementation of software
• Coordinate with the Government and other contractors to stand-up and manage hosting environments, appropriately and securely establish and maintain connections between the systems
• Perform system upgrades and patches as directed by the Government
• Manage software development and support using formal specifications, data flows
• Reviews existing programs and assist in making refinements, reducing operating time, improving current techniques, and troubleshooting as needed
• Performs and/or leads the technical ‘heavy-lifting’ of the day-to-day work described herein

• Five (5) years of relevant experience with large Enterprise IT and/or Federal Agency environment
• Five (5) years of architecting, designing, and implementing integrated web systems
• Five (5) years developing response web applications in modern hosting environment and proficient with web development
• Drupal 7 / Ilias LMS required
• A four (4) year degree in the business management related field from an accredited institution
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in the management methodology
• At least five (5) years designing and architecting solutions in a IaaS/PaaS/SaaS
• At least five (5) years developing responsive web applications in modern hosting environments that support modern browsers
