The Role: Xylem seeks to hire a Technical Inside Sales (TIS) to work in our Boise, ID office. The Technical Inside Sales(TIS) individual will assist internal and external customers by performing sales and orders fulfillment duties, such as: answering basic technical and order related inquiries, performing order entry and managing both direct sales and distributor customers.

Essential Duties/Principal

Responsibilities:
  • Responds to internal and external customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, basic level technical information, documentation, order status, delivery/tracking, invoicing, and shipping, etc., and/or resolve customer questions, complaints and other requests for information.

  • Performs all aspects of order entry, including but not limited to, identification of product and part numbers, selection of appropriate customer account and numerous other data fields required. Coordinate processing of any purchase orders required to fill customer orders, including preparation and approval of Purchase Order Requisitions, entry of orders with various U.S. and import suppliers, follow up for on-time deliveries, and maintenance of ERP data relevant to orders.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:

  • Two year degree in Business or Technical field required with Bachelors preferred.

  • The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1-3 years of order entry experience within a manufacturing industry.

  • Demonstrated experience using ERP systems, proficient in math, communication, detail oriented and exhibit professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office products.

  • Local candidates only.

Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY As a Kiosk Manager, you'll own a Wireless Advocates-branded kiosk in our Costco channel, serving one of the nation's leading retailers. You'll work closely with your team to deliver outstanding sales results (both on a personal and team level), operational excellence and an exceptional member experience. From driving daily sales performance to meeting operational standards, you'll identify areas for improvement and, working with your District Manager and HR business partner as necessary, respond quickly to close the gaps. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Manages the successful operation of a Wireless Advocates-branded kiosk within a Costco warehouse with 3-5 full and/or part-time employees. The Kiosk Manager is responsible for recruiting new team members as necessary and ensuring that the location is properly staffed at all times. The Kiosk Manager is also responsible for achieving personal and team sales/profit contribution goals and meeting all operational standards, including staff training and development, employee engagement and retention, customer experience, loss prevention, safety, kiosk maintenance and team professionalism. Since this is a retail position, the Kiosk/Wireless Manager must work all required shifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
