The Info Sec Prof Lead Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for driving efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop corrective action language for Information Security (IS) gaps and ensure risk closure meets Citi requirements or industry best practices

  • Facilitate the implementation of approved IS tools and identify/recommend new or improved security solutions or emerging technologies

  • Mitigate risk by analyzing the root cause of issues, impacts to business, and required corrective actions and develop security solutions

  • Ensure IS compliance and seek opportunities to enhance the efficiency of IS policies and procedures

  • Identify significant IS threats and vulnerabilities, and define appropriate controls for discovered threats, documenting the business response

  • Disseminate changes to IS regulations and standards to Business and Program owners

  • Provide Information Security advice and counsel as needed

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience

  • 3-5 years Information Security experience in Financial Services is desired; ATM security experience preferred

  • Additional technical certifications are preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to research and apply current information regarding the IS field

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

  • Proven influencing and relationship management skills

  • Proven analytical skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

  • Master's degree preferre

The IT Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting and maintaining lab computers and lab equipment in a GxP environment while following company policies and regulatory compliance. The Systems Analyst will work with a small team to provide technical expertise and guidance for multiple labs at the Bloomington site. This position will require interaction with IT associates, scientists, engineers, and third-party service providers. It will be crucial to understand network connectivity and integration with other systems. The Role * Analyze, design, install, and support complex enterprise-level applications and lab equipment * Resolve incidents and execute changes according to defined SOPs * Assess system performance and capacity management and recommend appropriate actions * Drive projects to support business requirements and to improve site application performance, availability, and security * Implement security, maintenance and support of lab systems that comply with company policy and regulatory compliance * Document support incident information in the appropriate helpdesk, project management, and/or change management tracking system * Act as contact point and provide training to personnel on one or more enterprise systems * Write detailed description of user needs, program functions, standard operating procedures and administrative policies required to develop or modify lab systems * Efficient at managing compliant change protocols and applying critical updates as necessary using proper documentation practices used in the pharmaceutical industry * Analyze and resolve networking and software systems problems in a timely and accurate fashion * Develop, maintain, and control backups, and business continuity strategies for assigned lab systems * Other duties as assigned. The Candidate * 5-8 years of related experience in enterprise system administration, Lab equipment installation and maintenance * Experience working in GxP environment and documentation * Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant Science Field, or equivalent in working expertise * Individuals may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds.
