The Technical Global Operational Support will drive sales across the Western and Eastern Hemispheres, ensuring growth for McCoy Global products. The role will involve enhancing customer and product support, alongside supporting daily operations such as forecasting, reporting, debt collection, and market trend monitoring. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, operations teams, product line managers, and sales personnel.

The position requires daily presence, unless assisting with new product support or servicing customer equipment on-site or in the shop.

What you'll bring:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

• 3-5 years related industry experience preferred

• Previous technical or specialized training an asset

• Comprehensive knowledge in mechanics and electronics

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Must have a valid driver's license and passport to travel to field locations.

What you'll do:

• Product Sales.

• Customer Visits.

• Provide technical support for your customers, 24/7.

• Provide operations and maintenance training on McCoy Global Products.

• Conduct product field trials when and where required.

• Make recommendations for McCoy & Customer training needs across the product lines.

• Continually aid in the enhancement and updating of training, communications, and related educational tools for internal and external reference.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.

• Identify sales and growth opportunities and assist in the development and execution of plans to ensure that customer opportunities/requirements are achieved and capitalized on.

• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

• Develop new accounts by identifying potential new customers for Sales, Rental or Service.

• Assist with customer requests or issues as needed and address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.

• Respond to customer requests within target timeframe with solutions by working with internal departments.

• Provide activity reports to the Service Supervisor / General Manager as needed . (Added Service Supervisor )

• Understand and communicate customers' strategies, competitors' strategies, market drivers and outlook. and any trends in technology that could impact McCoy Global market position.

• Aid in the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans to address market. opportunities and penetration of new customer segments.

• Attain and disseminate information regarding competitor intelligence.

• Capture and communicate industry and customer new product development opportunities and requests to ensure new products are fit for purpose.

• Provide input as needed to prepare business cases and statement of requirements for new product/system opportunities.

• Forecast booking numbers monthly.

• Prepare monthly reports from financial data.

• Chase bad debt from late payment spreadsheets.

• Any other duty deemed necessary by Service Supervisor /General Manager. (Added Service Supervisor)

• Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including but not limited to all Health and Safety and Quality Management initiatives.
