Key Human Services has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Field Support Analyst to work out of our Wethersfield, CT office.

The Technical Field Support Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining and installing computer systems hardware and configuring software and drivers. By using and maintaining a record of all services performed using the ticket tracking system this individual will be responsible for maintaining and repairing technological equipment, including routers, or peripheral devices.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum of three years of experience in a help desk environment or Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least one year of experience in a help desk environment.

  • Proven experience as a computer technician or similar role.

  • Thorough knowledge of computer systems and Information Technology (IT) components.

  • Functional knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.

  • Experience with Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks(WAN)

  • Exceptional ability to communicate both orally and in writing and to be able to read, interpret and apply written information.

  • Ability to prioritize, manage and troubleshoot multiple projects using effective time[1]management and organizational skills

  • Ability to learn and apply advanced computer skills, including the use of computer software and other web based systems.

  • Valid driver's license and access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle

Position Details:

  • Pay rate is $21.00 - 24.00 per hour (non-exempt position)
