Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Technical Exploitation Lead/Program Manager (Part-Time on Call) with significant, senior-level technical exploitation experience to join our team in the Washington, D.C. area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.
Work with senior program leadership to establish and implement program goals and provide key performance metrics to establish a strategic baseline Create and maintain a detailed work plan to include specific tasks, assignments, task dependencies, milestones, and schedule for all tasks. Establish clear expectations and goals to drive and evaluate examiner work products. Build and maintain qualified, full-time staff and a pipeline or surge staff according to customer and mission priorities. Maintains awareness of emerging capabilities and technologies, and create relevant training plans to ensure continued mission accomplishment. Act as a bridge for the complex gap between the non-technical functions of management and the technical requirements of a Forensics/Exploitation mission and its personnel.
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or STEM discipline and at least ten (10) years of related technical and project management experience or Master of Science degree in Computer Science or Master of Science Degree in a STEM discipline and at least five (5) years of related technical and project management experience
Professional degree and/or certification in program management such as: PMP, DAWIA Level III or MS Degree in Management
Experience in conducting Computer Forensics, DOMEX, and Intelligence analysis
Experience in Project Management and requirements documentation
Experience in planning and forecasting resource needs
Experience requiring strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Experience requiring strong instructional and communications skills
Highly desired qualifications
Industry standard forensic certifications (e.g., EnCE, ACE, CCE, GIAC)
Experience in hardware configuration and network/data communications
Experience with software engineering and scripting
Experience with law enforcement evidence seizure
Experience conducting intelligence analysis and writing finished intelligence reporting
Must possess an active TS/SCI w/ a CI Polygraph.
Requires Bachelor s degree or equivalent, and ten to twelve years of related (technical environment) experience.
