Technical Documentation Specialist
Duties & Responsibilities Develop, edit, review, and manage technical documentation for product and customer documents such as user guides, service process documents, and technical specifications. Close collaboration with Product Marketing, Engineering, and Marketing Communications functions to align and develop content.
Manage and maintain the existing library of company technical documents to maintain a professional and consistent look-and-feel
Manage and adapt the documentation process in order to support business and product development needs
Develop and/or adapt content for user guides, service manuals, and technical specifications

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required
Bachelors degree, minimum Associates degree in technical field
Minimum 5-years experience in a technical writing function
Good working knowledge of MadCap Flare software
Skill in written English, grammar, spelling, and punctuation to create, edit and revise technical documentation
Skill in organizing information in a concise, cohesive manner and effectively communicate
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global organization
Good interpersonal skills and able to work both independently and with a team
Position Subject to ITAR controls
