The North America Technical Documentation Analyst for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for supporting activities for complex, global, multi-team programs by managing the creation and revision of technical documentation and delivery of global labeling and content. The function may include configuration and maintenance of content and translation management systems. Ensures integrity of data and document use, which may include customer data and quality and regulatory data following ISO standards to internal quality and production standards.

This position is part of the North America Document Services team and will be located in Chaska, MN onsite with 3 days designated in office. At Beckman Coulter, our vision our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the North America Document Services team and report to the Senior Manager for Technical Documentation and hold responsibility for establishing and maintaining product coaching, motivating, and leading the team to accomplish the productivity goals for the project milestones and establishing a culture of positive employee relations while ensuring all processes, best practices and policies are adhered to consistently. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Coordinate information gathering, collect data, review, and prepare labeling and change order documentation.

  • Lead cross-functional teams through content development for labeling deliverables by managing the drafts, collecting input and source data, making changes, tracking revisions, and keeping teams on schedule. Participate on Core Teams.

  • Define, drive, and track execution of action plans to support the labeling deliverables.

  • Assist in development and implementation of tools for project tracking and management driving consistency across the department.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field with 2 + years' experience or Master's degree in related field with 0-2 years' experience.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Experience in an FDA regulated environment and with regulations associated product labeling for medical devices.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Oracle, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office suite and Document Management Systems.

  • Experience informally leading teams using project management.

  • Practical understanding of IT processes associated with translations, document management, and document publication.
