The Technical Service and Support Team at ZTR Control Systems, provides technical support and value added services for our telematics customers.

Requirements:

  • Solid technical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
  • 2+ years experience in a technical support position

Preferred:

Two (2) years post high school education

Additional skills (Leadership, Analysis, Project Management)

Experience supporting GPS devices/ trackers

The Technical Product Support Specialist willbe responsible for working with internal and external global clients to ensurethe successful introduction and business expansion of the company's uniquelyinnovative PB6500 Central Issuance Passport System, which includes providingcustomer support and resolving highly technical issues with installed systemsand building successful system support networks. This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Project Management, or related field plus three (3) years of related experience. In the alternative, will accept five (5) years of related experience. Experience must include three (3) years of experience, which may be concurrent, with all of the following: (1) working with government agencies and their secure identification issuance projects; (2) developing and executing project plans related to the implementation and installation of government pilot programs including passports, national ID, and driver's license; (3) supporting the systems that verify the quality and integrity of secure government documents; (4) successfully install, calibrate and optimize laser components for secured government issued documents, including passports, identification and driver's license; and (5) providing operator and service training on government systems.
