What You Will Be Doing
Customer Support: Responding to support tickets via Email and Phone.
Helping customers during the onboarding process. (You will be taught how to set up and customize the software for each customer. You will also need to learn how to provision the automation products that work with our software.)
What You Need for this Position
Ability to learn and handle a variety of roles and tasks as the day demands
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, Gsuite by Google.
Knowledge of: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Google drive, and e-mail
Comfortable talking to customers in a compassionate and professional manner
Familiarity with Customer Support tool like Zendesk is an advantage
Passionate about new technology trends
Associate degree or equivalent experience in this type of role
