We are looking for a Technical Consultant / Software Engineer to produce and implement functional software solutions. You should be able to work independently with little supervision and coordinate with a remote team to ensure quality. You should have excellent organization and problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in software development.

Your goal will be to develop high-quality software that is aligned with business goals and client requirements.

Basic Performance Objectives

  • Execute software development projects

  • Be client facing as a member of our project implementation team

  • Develop high-quality software design and architecture

  • Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle

  • Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code

  • Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting

  • Review and debug code

  • Perform validation and verification testing

  • Collaborate with internal teams to fix and improve products

  • Document development phases and monitor systems

Competitive Candidate Profile

  • Up to 30% domestic travel, need the ability to travel internationally

  • 2 to 5 years experience as a Software Engineer/Developer

  • Extensive experience in software development, scripting and project management

  • Experience using source control

  • Knowledge of selected programming languages C#, C++ and Java Enterprise

  • Knowledge of relational databases

  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases a plus

  • Familiarity with various operating systems (Linux, Mac OS, Windows)

  • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
