This position is responsible for managing the Enterprise Value Based Care program operations readiness and assurance, and ongoing optimization within the business unit. Leads execution/implementation of Value Based Programs and ensures appropriate alignment with production team, program solutions teams on all aspects of Implementation. Partners with key business stakeholders and providers across business segments/geographies to manage execution of Value Based programs.
Responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders and project teams to provide program design details for stakeholder and operations go-live. Leading the execution of operations release management and multi-year planning for operations priorities. Working closely cross-functionally to build understanding of Enterprise Network Solutions strategic roadmap and project deliverables. Partner closely with Business Solution and Release Managers to understand scope and roadmap of key program deliverables.
5 years business experience
Health insurance or healthcare industry experience
Clear, concise verbal/written/interpersonal communication skills to communicate with external customers and work across all levels within the organization to build relationships, conduct research, present status updates, etc.

Experience with SQL/SAS
