The CSBBT Compliance, Sustainment, & Strategic Initiatives (CSSI) team is looking for a Technology Business Services Principle Associate to perform the role of Communication Lead, supporting the daily communication and reporting needs in support of Compliance, Sustainment and Remediation programs and processes. The leader will own the development and execution of the executive level communication strategy as well to drive on-going development of reporting and internal departmental documentation. A successful candidate will have strong communications skills, analytic experience, as well as experience with managing operational processes and managing multiple communication streams concurrently. The leader will consult with management and business partners on matters of significance regarding strategic initiatives. Taking the information from multiple sources and bring that information together into an effective visual representation at an executive level. Experience with metrics, reporting, KPI's / OKR's and data visualization will be key to frame the problem, and use the presented data to drive results.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Act as a team communications lead; ensure the right communications, in the right context and in the right time, reaching the right audience is effectively performed.
Define/design, implement, and maintain a strategic communications structure. Functions supported may include departmental SharePoint site for regulatory, internal process documents, job aides and other artifacts such presentation materials and meeting minutes; Confluence for tracking, quality management; Assisting with Manage By Objective (MBO) development to support the business targets.
Interpret and synthesize complex scenarios into executive level communications, presentations, and reporting that educates and influences executive leaders and drives the completion of action items from their insights.
Collaborate with management to identify communication opportunities; design/develop communication materials based on identified needs. Develop communication goals and objectives.
Transforming broad, complex, detailed ideas into crisp, simplified, easy to understand visual designs that simplify the understanding of the messages.
Lead and drive the planning, writing, editing, publishing, and maintenance of communication materials; manage complex and/or sensitive communication projects.
Experience managing large technology development efforts within a major line of business
Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
Experience applying Wells Fargo Style Guide and brand standards
3+ years of JIRA experience
Experience analyzing metrics and articulating data trends
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
Experience developing integrated communications strategies and plans that align with business objectives
Strong relationship management skills
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
