As a key member of the LWTA Digital IT Organization, this position is responsible for Managing Digital platforms, provides technical support on integrating applications, project management and enhancing Digital systems to meet business demands by leading Developers. This position will also work closely with all internal departments (operations, marketing, customer service, Sales and technical experts) to ensure that enterprise digital applications are working as expected.


  • Proficient in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques.

  • Responsible to design the technical solution using best practices in Sitecore web application development regarding security, maintainability and scalability.

  • Solution Design, Development, Optimization on Sitecore application.

  • Understands different programming languages and ability to solve problems, testing and deployment of solutions, integrate enterprise applications using web Services/REST API.

  • Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand and implement business requirements.

  • Developing and policing policies and processes that help the Digital IT organization operate as effectively as possible.

  • Management of an assigned client base by acting as a technical and strategic resource for the delivery of IT solutions to business and maintaining an impeccable business partner relationship status.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with teams and end business users.

  • Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner.

  • Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution. Must ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases

  • Able to guide the team through the development, testing and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively including development code.

  • Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration, able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation

  • Must provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to IT and business team members


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience

  • 7 + years IT experience working in IT Services field and managing projects and working with members effectively.

  • Experienced in Sitecore CMS architecture and design with very strong development skills in .NET, Java Script, JQuery,CSS.

  • Experienced with Ecommerce transactional web applications on Sitecore CMS, various enterprise platforms like CRM, Marketing Cloud platforms, Sales cloud, Social Cloud, Product Information Management Systems is required.

  • Experienced with Web Application security protocols and models to protect consumer data and prevent breaches to environments is a plus.

  • Quick learner and passion for learning new systems as required and bring cutting edge technology to company initiatives required.

  • Provides technical expertise and support at various levels and applications.

  • Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals is required.

  • Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision

VIEW JOBS 5/12/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-08-10T00:00 Job Title: Medicare Advantage - Provider Network Contracting and Engagement Representative Location: Remote- Work at Home-New Jersey General Summary: This individual reports directly to Network Administrator and works with targeted physician offices to contract and onboard the offices. Individual then serves as a primary contact for providers and provider staff to assist in contract management and provide supporting analyses for network and performance optimization. Develops and maintains positive relationships with providers and other cross-functional, cross-collaborative teams including Network Operations, Sales, Health Services, Coding, Finance, Marketing, Stars and Commercial Contracting. Will also support the activities of the Network Operations Department. * Coverage Area: Central-South New Jersey (Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean Counties) Candidate must live in Market area * Requires up to 50-75% local travel to providers * Car and valid driver's license required- mileage reimbursement provided Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Responsible for Cigna Medicare network of primary care providers and specialists along with CMS adequacy for market development in expansion counties. * Manage Contracting process for professional network and leads transition for market entry. * Initiate credentialing and onboarding process by obtaining roster and all necessary information from contracted provider. * Maintain internal partnership with medical economics, legal, compliance, claims, health services, provider data management to operationalize contracting by meeting agreed parameters with legal counsel to lessen risk and improve operational efficiencies. * Perform special projects and other duties assigned by leadership. May be asked to create and deliver materials to educate providers and provider staff on policies and procedures, contracting, quality, coding, service line initiatives and financial performance. May become responsible for the strategy and execution of stars, coding, and unit cost performance of assigned territory. Experience * High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. * Minimum 3-5 years in Managed Care and/or Provider Contracting required. * Knowledge of healthcare provider network systems, contracting and credentialing requirements, contracts, and terminology. * Knowledge of Provider onboarding process, system applications, and procedures. * Ability and willingness to share knowledge as well as train, develop, and coach individuals with varying levels of experience. * Detail oriented, with proven time management and organization skills (including the ability to engage in multiple tasks and meet deadlines/standards). * Act with a sense of urgency to research questions or issues brought by the team. Identify the right parties or resources to resolve these issues. Follow up with these parties to drive resolution and provide on-going feedback to individual(s) who raised the question or issue. * Positive role model and have the ability to work independently and in conjunction with co-workers of all levels. * Strong negotiation, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentation. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to quickly learn and master basic contracting platforms and databases.
