Cirrus Aircraft is looking for a customer centric Technical Administrator that will be on the front lines of developing and implementing web based tools and resources that support our owners and enrich the ownership experience of the Vision Jet.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborates with the Cirrus IT and Marketing teams to develop cutting edge tools for owners.
Troubleshoots technical issues, updates and performs website edits.
Upgrades site by updating content and graphics; monitoring performance and results; identifying and evaluating improvement options; and introducing new technology.
Responsible for day-to-day web updates, management of technical projects, creating new users and collaboration with other team members.
Provides guidance on additional products and services to offer and is a contributor to the business unit's technical road map.
Serves as a Salesforce and technical expert within the organization, helping Cirrus understand how technology can serve the customer.
Develop, implement and manager user-facing features.
Test and debug user input and interaction issues with Back-End resources.
Identify and develop new technical solutions.
Develop technical requirements and specifications from user stories.
Collaborate with VPO stakeholders, designers, engineers, flight instructors and pilots to identify new opportunities and technical solutions.
Willing to take on a variety of other duties critical to the mission of VPO.
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
