Technical Administrative Assistant
The Technical Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Product Manager and implements aspects of CareATCs customizable wellness management platform. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with data entry, customer support, preparing reports, auditing data, and integrating site revisions.
The Assistant will monitor implementation schedules and take part in quality improvement initiatives. The Technical Administrative Assistant works collaboratively with other members of the wellness team.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
1.Assists with site programming and revisions.
2.Completes data entry projects with accuracy.
3.Audits site content to ensure all specifications are correctly implemented.
4.Provides a point of contact to assist participants in understanding platform and incentive requirements.
5.Prepares reports for the review and dissemination to clients.
6.Monitors and updates site implementation schedules as necessary.
7.Document processes performed and backup working and production files in an organized manner.
8.Effectively collaborates with client managers, marketing department, and other members of the lifestyle coaching and wellness services team.
9.Manages and tracks incentive completion notifications and reporting.
Education: High school diploma, or equivalent required.
Bachelors degree preferred. Knowledge and experience in data entry, incentive management, and health promotion a plus. Licensure/Registration/Certification: None
Experience: Minimum three years experience working in a technical support role.
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience with VLOOKUP, VBA, SQL a plus. Experience in health education program administration, familiarity with electronic medical records, questionnaire data, and corporate wellness program structure.
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Ability to operate a computer.
Ability to relate cooperatively and constructively with coaches, patients, co-workers, administration, other hospital departments, physicians, community agencies, third party payers, referral sources, regulators and other health team members. Ability to enlist the cooperation of others.

Ability to communicate effectively (hear, listen, speak) with coaches, providers, client managers, team members, stakeholders and the community at large.
Ability to make visual perceptions to evaluate patient and environmental conditions. Exposure to inside and outside environmental conditions.
Work Environment/Hazards: Normal office conditions. Potential exposure to infectious diseases, blood and bodily fluids if onsite.
Job Relationships (responsible to/for, works with): Responsible to the Manager of Health Education and Wellness Services. Frequent contact with clients, internal staff, vendors, representatives of community organizations, and contract staff to coordinate, provide and evaluate care.

Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets; strong communication skills (written and verbal). Willingness to learn highly valued.
