If you are a seasoned professional with a passion for numbers, financial planning, and strategic finance, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

This is a hybrid role, giving you the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site. You will be working closely with our finance team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, while also contributing to our strategic financial objectives. Responsibilities: As a Permanent Technical Accounting Manager, your primary responsibilities will include: 1.

Overseeing and leading the month-end close process. 2. Maintaining and managing the general ledger. 3. Handling financial consolidations and intercompany transactions. 4.

Performing variance analyses and preparing detailed financial reports. 5. Utilizing advanced Excel and Excel modeling skills for financial planning and forecasting. 6. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and GAAP. 7.

Conducting internal audits to ensure financial accuracy and transparency. 8. Preparing corporate tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. 9. Implementing and managing the Dynamics Great Plains ERP system. 10.

Providing ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required. 11. Collaborating with the logistics and supply chain departments to optimize financial operations. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: 1.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Advanced knowledge of Excel, Excel modeling, and Dynamics Great Plains. 3. Proven experience with financial consolidations, general ledger management, and month-end close processes. 4.

Demonstrated ability in financial planning, forecasting, and preparing detailed financial reports. 5. In-depth understanding of financial compliance, regulations, and GAAP. 6. Experience with internal audits and tax return preparation. 7.

Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management. 8. Excellent strategic finance skills, with a proven ability to contribute to financial objectives. 9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex financial information. 10.

A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (a master's degree or CPA certification would be a plus).
