Technical Account Specialist

We are seeking a Technical Account Specialist who will represent the company on key customer accounts, provide first class customer support and assist with facilitating all related inside sales functions. You will work closely with Valmet's global network of experts to recommend the best solutions to customers with their Spare Part products inquiries. Responsibilities will include the preparation of quotations, technical assistance on our industry leading products and making sure that the required equipment is delivered in a timely manner.

Expectations

Capacity to read and understand mechanical drawings is required. Pulp & Paper Industry experience and knowledge of papermaking process/papermaking products will be considered as a valuable asset. Mechanical Engineering Degree or relevant work experience in technical customer services or sales.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
