POSITION OVERVIEW: Our client located in Downers Grove, IL is looking for a Technical Account Manager to be the customer point of contact for the service delivery team. The right candidate will leverage their exceptional customer service skills to advocate for customer satisfaction, improve internal and external processes, and support teams to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Collaborate with clients to ensure exemplary IT service delivery
Lead and manage client business reviews including service audits and client presentations
Monitor contract renewals and manage them in collaboration with account executives
Identify opportunities for additional portfolio solutions and services
Identify root cause for service failures and report issues to affected clients
Advanced to senior level customer service experience
Advanced to senior level multitasking experience
Moderate to advanced service delivery experience with an MSP
Moderate to advanced technical knowledge in IT
Advanced written and verbal communication skills to all personnel levels
