The Technical Account Manager role for Shopping Actions will be a self-starter who will help to coordinate end to end integration with our retail partners from onboarding to optimization, and devise solutions to streamline and scale partner engagements. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating status and goals to our partners and project stakeholders.
Provide high touch account management with strategic partners for partner education, technical troubleshooting, and support within defined service level agreements
Manage communication of progress/status within the core team and external teams to ensure smooth integration during product and feature launches
Work with Partner Technology Managers and Product Managers to define and prioritize new tools and product feature requests required to improve Operations team processes and performance
Work with external partners, business development, analysts, and engineers to manage merchant ongoing support, and inventory programs and processes
Evaluate merchant configurations to identify root cause of problems and bring the technical knowledge to resolve issues
Analyze performance data to support merchants in optimizing their Shopping Actions integration
