UK Healthcare Information Technology is seeking a Tech Systems Integration Analyst IV to help oversee processes which utilize the capabilities provided by new information technology and provide optimal benefit to the organization in terms of increased efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the UKHC IT process. This position will design, manage and/or lead the implementation of enhancements and updates to integration solutions, as well as design, coordinate and conduct the testing of software updates/fixes and routine maintenance. The Integration Analyst will be responsible for researching, analyzing and implementing software patches or hardware changes to fix any systems integration deficiencies, as well as recommending alignment of resources and plans to meet system/user needs.
This position will also provide project methodology and time tracking training, as appropriate, to assigned project team members, as well as support for project completion, in addition to prioritizing and responding promptly to customer needs and work to efficiently resolve customer incidents, requests, and projects.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Certification and/or work experience: HL7 (Control Specialist), object-oriented programming, XML
