Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Tech Support Specialist to support a long-term program located in Redmon, WA. The Tech Support Specialist will assist with end-user support, responding to tickets and troubleshooting various issues using diagnostic tools. This is a great opportunity to join a long-term program!

Responsibilities for the Tech Support Specialist include:

  • Assist with IT support for software, monitor and escalate any issues as needed, and identify fixes

  • Troubleshoot and debug various issues to mitigate service outages

  • Ensure plans and solutions meet customer needs and expectations

  • Analyze, identify, and resolve any business and or technical problems using provided tools

Required Qualifications for the Tech Support Specialist include:

  • Must have an Full-Scope Polygraph Clearance

  • 2+ Years of IT Support experience

  • Active IAT II Certification: CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, or equivalent/higher preferred

Compensation for the Tech Support Specialist include:

  • Salary Range: $70,000-130,000 depending on years of experience and expertise
