Tech Support & Repair Specialist

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for exceptional customer service? We are seeking an enthusiastic Tech Support and Equipment Repair Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll assist employees with troubleshooting various technology-related issues, from cameras and laptops to printers and software. If you excel in communication, are detail-oriented, and can follow written instructions and tutorials, we want to hear from you!

Day in the Life:

• Provide tech support for cameras, laptops, printers, software, and networks

• Document calls and interactions in detail

• Handle tech-related emails promptly, providing clear instructions and escalating complex cases

• Stay updated on tech trends and share knowledge with the team

• Address recurring issues and assist with minor repairs for cameras, laptops, and printers

• Use inventory tracking systems to manage equipment and supplies

• Ensure efficient upkeep of equipment and inventory

• Order replacement equipment and supplies as needed

• Handle shipping and receiving of tech and hospital materials

• Perform tasks requiring lifting up to 100 lbs. and proficient use of a hand truck

Qualifications:

• Experience in a technical support role

• Experience in a customer service role may be considered

• Knowledge of cameras, laptops, printers, software, and networks

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented

• Proficient in documenting calls and interactions

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Familiarity with common operating systems, software, and remote desktop tools

• Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies

• High school diploma or higher education

Pay Rate & Benefits Offered

• $19/hour
