We are looking for a team member who is resourceful; using troubleshooting and analytical skills to serve our users via email and chat along with the ability to walk new users through the process of getting started with ProctorFree. In this role you'll help to support end users of an exciting new technology made based in Charlotte, NC.

We have a need for approximately 20-25 hours per week. Our ideal candidate will have approximately 25 to 30 hours of availability per week, has worked in a technical support role, and can commit to bi-weekly remote meetings. This is a great opportunity for someone to make extra money or make good use of downtime and a home office.

We are looking for a range of availability covering daytime weekdays and weekends 9am- 10pm EST.

Ideal availability will align with the potential shift examples below.

Candidates must reside in North Carolina or Kentucky.

The pay for this position starts at $10 an hour, paid bi-weekly.

Secondly youre happy to help a new user out, who is looking to get started. You will talk them through the process of how ProctorFree works and can help them use our services for the first time.

Youre a fantastic communicator and must be fluent in written English. The importance of communication, especially in a remote team, cannot be overstated. The default should be to over share progress, good things that are happening, customer concerns, and anything you see as an opportunity to improve our company and your team.


  • Must reside in North Carolina or Kentucky
  • Applicable availability based on potential shift examples.
  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and speaking with both technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Experience troubleshooting macOS and Windows computers.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a polite, patient, caring, calm and professional demeanor.
  • Identify patterns: recommend improvements, and filter out irrelevant issues.
  • Generate support documentation for our customer facing and internal knowledge bases.
  • Reliable and on time for scheduled work hours and meetings.
  • Must be available at least 25 hours per week.
  • Must have a desktop or laptop with Webcam running Windows 10 or macOS 10.14+
  • Must have High Speed Internet access (25 Mbps Down | 5 Mbps Up)
  • Typing Speed of 50+ WPM

The incumbent is responsible for making beds, removing dirty linen, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, dusting and vacuuming, emptying trash and making the room neat and tidy. They are to provide the highest level of service in support of the mission, core values, standards and goals established by the company. Essential Functions / Tasks Pri mary responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to the following: * • Greet and interact with internal and external guests in a genuine warm and friendly manner using professional and Kessler standard nomenclature * • Maintain the integrity of the guests' privacy, including confidentia lity of personal information and key control * • Bring all dirty linen from guest rooms to the laundry area to be washed * • Transfer clean linen from laundry room to the guest rooms * • Remove trash from guest rooms and dispose according to specifications * • Make beds, dust rooms to include but not limited to furniture, fixtures, artwork, baseboards and window sills, vacuum floors, clean bathrooms, empty trash and refresh towels according to the specifications outlined in the standard operating procedures * • Place all items, including and not limited to furniture, throws, pillows, appliances, glassware, plates, silverware, bathroom supplies and amenities in the proper location and to the specifications outlined in the standard operating procedure * • Maintain organization and supply of cleaning products and linen * • Maintain neat and orderly storage closets * • Use software program to communicate any deficiencies in rooms and hallways, to include but not limited to remote controls, TVs, light bulbs, plumbing and repairs * • Work efficiently in order to meet daily requirements * • Respond promptly to questions, concerns and special requests.
