We are an EHR and practice management software company looking for a Tech Support Associate to join our growing business. This position requires exceptional drive and forward-thinking, a high level of collaboration, multitasking capabilities and the flexibility to grow with additional responsibilities and respond quickly to changing priorities.

Candidates must excellent verbal communication skills.

Job Duties:

  • Ensure live calls are answered within 5 minutes

  • Perform fresh installation of the ChiroTouch platform on client servers

  • Work with Implementation team on all Tech Support related items

  • Perform Updates to the ChiroTouch software and troubleshoot issues that occur during the updates

  • Upgrade MSSQL to newer versions as clients move to newest version of ChiroTouch when applicable

  • Assist with CT Secure Cloud back up projects

  • Perform daily maintenance task involved with mainlining CT Secure online backup solution

  • Handle escalated issues from Product Support phone and chat team

  • Coordinate with peers to provide proper coverage for all appointments

  • Troubleshoot and solve networking issues (internally and client facing)

  • Track, monitor and provide detailed notes for all client interactions using Salesforce ticketing system


  • 1-2 years of technical support experience

  • Strong technical computer skills and experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Works hard with little supervision

  • Detail oriented with exceptional documentation skills

  • Exceptional communication skills with emphasis on phone etiquette

  • Team player with customer service experience

  • Good understanding of SQL, DNS, RDP, SMTP, FTP, VM Ware, routers and firewalls

  • Working knowledge of all current Windows 7+ Server 2008r2+

  • Apple MAC OS, IPAD & Windows parallel knowledge a plus
