This is a critical, service-oriented role enabling WillScot internal customers to reach and support our external customers! We need a team-player driven to stay engaged in current IT issues and to demonstrate urgency to keep our business efforts focused on service delivery! ABOUT THE JOB:
The Tech Support Analyst provides call center support to WillScot employees in all offices across the United States, Canada, and Mexico for end user issues which include general hardware, software, OS deployments and incidents as well as some network and general software support and regular maintenance activities. As the face of the IT Department, the Tech Support Analyst is expected to maintain a professional and strong customer focus.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Demonstrate strong verbal and written customer service skills when assisting internal and external customers or contractors.
Troubleshoot end-user and branch issues and assist with security and first level application support for enterprise applications.
Support all end user hardware including user endpoints, printers and phones. Support Windows OS, iOS and Android
Active Directory administration experience required
Work closely in support of other teams within IT
Document Technical Procedures.
Assist in SOX reporting activities
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's degree in Computer Science, IT certification such as A+, Net+ or HDI Certification, or 5+ years of IT support experience.
Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and strong desire for quality.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Problem solving and prioritizing competing priorities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
