This position will provide technical phone support to customers on a custom piece of software. They will work in a call center environment between the hours of 6 AM and 8 PM. This is a full time position.
Candidates will need:
Minimum of 6 months of experience working on a phone with customers
Good technical skills working with software
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Great customer service skills
Strong attendance track record
This is a contract position for 6 months working through Kelly Services. Some contracts may be extended with good performance.
