Incident ManagementYou will gather information from diverse sources, critically evaluating it to define problems, and developing proactive plans for resolution and prevention.

Maintenance and ChangeYou will comprehend the organization's operational and clinical requirements, guiding workflow direction. They will modify system configurations to align with end-users' business needs, involving workflow design, advanced configuration, system testing, documentation, stakeholder approval, and production deployment.

Collaboration and Relationship BuildingYou will bridge communication between the team and stakeholders like Epic representatives, the organization's business community, process analysts, and end-users. Responsibilities include collaboratively identifying and resolving issues, ensuring system alignment with business requirements, and regular communication through project team meetings.

Requirements

• Prior healthcare background will be ideal

• Certifications in EPIC will be a bonus
