Are you a tech recruitment specialist who strives to improve processes, build relationships and developing programs to attract, select and assess a diverse pool of candidates?

We are looking for a hard-working Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global team and support Swift's objective to provide instant, frictionless messaging services to our customers! Working with both technical and non-technical teams, you will use your relationship building skills, creative sourcing methods and strong communication abilities to recruit top talent to Swift.

Based in Manassas or Tysons, VA, you will be working alongside a dynamic team of HR Professional who partner together as 'One HR Team'. As a driving force of technological change, we operate in a true agile way. You will have a fantastic opportunity to expand your reach in terms of knowledge, network and build your expertise through Swift's global platform. This position is hybrid, 2 days per week in the office.

What to Expect:

  • You will build and foster meaningful relationships with key internal and external partners

  • You own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

  • You will drive offer process - building compensation proposals and packages, extending offers and closing candidates

  • You will serve as the key contact point for hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for both

  • You will develop and contribute to creative content and sourcing techniques that will ensure visibility of our opportunities and drive inbound recruitment

  • You will represent the company at job fairs and career events

  • Utilize reporting and data analysis to provide hiring updates and assist in decision making

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of both global and regional talent acquisition strategies; play a pivotal role in leading and supporting key initiatives aimed at enhancing talent acquisition processes and capabilities.

What will make you Successful:

  • 4-6 years of background in IT full lifecycle recruiting and direct sourcing, experience with recruiting multi-disciplined profiles

  • Must have experience as a corporate/in-house recruiter, ideally from Information Technology Services or Information Services industry

  • Up-to-date knowledge of innovative sourcing methodologies and a demonstrable track record of successfully networking externally

  • A methodical approach with the ability to work to key targets/SLAs, under pressure and within tight timelines, as well as managing a variety of vacancies across varied locations in the Americas (US, Mexico, Brazil)

  • Experience in candidate screening and competence- based interviewing

  • Understanding of the payments, financial and IT industry/jobs market preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
