Job Description:

A visionary hands-on security infrastructure engineer who can perform product evaluations in Proxy (forward, Reverse, Transparent and Web 2.0), SSL interception/MITM & Data leakage space, Cloud security (Encryption and Tokenization), Security Analytics and Forensics, and Multi Variant Advanced Persistent Threat Prevention

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in analyzing malware and advanced persistence threats, malware lifecycle analysis and prevention technologies

  • Deploy Web 2.0 proxies for advanced content filtering, including SSL Interception

  • Day Zero Threat Prevention technologies with emphasis on machine learning

  • Excellent understanding of TCP/IP and packet analysis

  • Knowledgeable on DNS, DHCP, FireWalls, IPS, basic routing/switching

  • Expertise in virtualization and automation, including ability to bring automation and integration efficiency to existing platforms

  • Expertise in Security Analytics and Forensics - create custom parsers, queries, analyze and create custom meta data extractions on full packet capture solutions

  • Scripting/automation of various security products with Rest API / Soap UI

  • Hands on integration and testing with SEIM tools such as Arcsight, Splunk, Palantir, Cloudera platforms

Desired Skills:

  • 8+ years of overall networking experience with at least 5 years of hands on and familiarity of the following tools

  • Expertise in Bluecoat Proxy and Security Analytics, WebSense, Scansafe, Ironport, FireEye, Damballa, Radware, Vontu, Zscaler, Skyhigh, CipherCloud OR similar cloud encryption technologies

  • Knowledge of scripting languages for automation-(Shell, Python etc)

Nice to Have:

  • Advanced understanding of Machine learning, data modeling and perform advanced analytics using R / Python

  • Cloud Encryption and Tokenization - Understand complexities of cloud encryptions, Salesforce topology and integration of Salesforce / Servicenow clouds with Cloud encryption gateway

  • Expertise in concepts and implementation of Lucene elastic search, Yara Rules, Snort, Yum, PFring, Entropy DNS, Fastflux, Hadoop, MapR, Spark

Works directly with Program Mangers, Implementation Managers, and Supervisors to ensure all administrative and operational tasks associated with all National Accounts are completed in accordance with contractual obligations. Dispatches client requests, follows up with field, posting, and data entry. Fosters a professional and positive working relationship with all National Account customers and internal colleagues. I. JOB REQUIREMENTS: A. Must have and express a sense of urgency when dealing with client and partner concerns. B. Must have strong organizational skills. C. Must have excellent verbal and written communication abilities. D. Must be computer literate and able to utilize our operating systems (WDS, Microsoft NAV, iCABS, iRIS, and PNOL), and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Windows 2007). E.1 year in customer service, administrative, or operational roles required F. College degree preferred. II. PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: A. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsible for the administrative management of new and/or existing National Accounts to ensure retention of customers through world class customer service. A. Support of Program Management Operations Dispatch service request in a prompt manner with all necessary information to complete. Ensure service request were handled and call back customers to ensure satisfaction.Assist the National Accounts Receivables Representative with day to day functions which include but are not limited to Posting Invoices, Posting Payments, Collections, and running Month End Reports.Entering New Sales and working with National Account Program Managers to ensure offices receive all necessary information for World Class Service.Month End Reporting - his will include Missing Ticket Report, Partners Earning Report, New Sales Report for National Accounts, Aged Accounts Report, Work Completion Report, Portfolio Report, and National Revenue Report. B. Primarily work in an office environment: 1. Work schedule may be 40+ hours per week2. Schedule may be during off hours or partially during weekends3. Program Managers will be required to attend Rentokil Corporate Meetings as detailed.4.
