Tech Enabled Support Director

The Technology Enabled Support Director will be responsible for developing and managing technology support services. This position will develop and build the program; implement program policies and procedures; ensure quality services are provided; and advance program objectives. The Technology Enabled Support Director will provide feedback for strategic planning and promote ever-increasing quality of services. Ensures the technology support aspect of program services meet agency guidelines, funder requirements and accreditation standards.

Qualifications:

• Must have bachelor's degree in related field.

• Must have at least 3 years of management experience in in the field.

• Must have at least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or working with assistive technologies.

• Must have experience managing and tracking budgetary information.

• Previous experience related to sales or marketing of services preferred.

• Experience working with state agencies preferred.

• Experience using Microsoft Office suite required, and previous experience with electronic health record systems preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• This position typically works regular business hours. May work evenings and weekends as need.

• This position will travel to other locations for meetings and conferences. May have overnight travel.

• Must have current driver's license and proof of insurance.

• Must complete and maintain all required trainings/certifications.

• Must maintain confidential information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
