JOB OVERVIEW:

This fully on-site, daytime role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced warehouse environment. This onsite role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment. You will play a critical role in providing hands-on technical support, managing IT infrastructure, and resolving complex network issues that impact daily operations. Your workdays will be diverse, including troubleshooting issues for end-users, managing and configuring computer systems, and promptly addressing helpdesk tickets. This position includes an on-call rotation every 6-8 weeks, offering the opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical support for hardware/software issues in warehouse and office environments

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software

  • Collaborate with IT for software updates and seamless integration

  • Troubleshoot network connectivity

  • Handle daily support requests, from issue identification to resolution

  • Maintain records of support requests and resolutions

  • Create/update technical documentation and train end-users

  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs and be on your feet frequently to support our large facilities

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Associates in IT, IS, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or in a related Helpdesk role

  • Knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android; ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues

  • Familiarity with network protocols

  • Comfortable working around machinery and conveyors in a warehouse environment

  • Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, jamf, M365, Sharepoint, and Jira, Zoom is a plus

  • Knowledge of VSphere/Horizon, Google Cloud, Teams, Linux, PCI Compliance is a plus

  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+; MCA's - Win Server, M365, jamf, etc) are a plus

SCHEDULE:

  • Mon-Fri; OT as Needed; On call rotation [1 week primary, 1 week secondary] every 6-8 weeks; Must work weekend of Cyber5 [Fri-Mon]. #LI-JH1
