In depth experience with AMAT P5000 and AMAT Centura etch platforms with DPS+ poly, DPS+ metal, SuperE, and MxP+ chambers strongly desired. Additionally, knowledge of TEL UnityM platforms, LAM Alliance, and LAM Rainbow platforms is desirable.

The responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Monitor equipment in the area and be familiar with equipment and process related issues within the module.

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance (PMs) and maintenance as required.

  • Create/Modify procedures and PM specifications as needed to improve tool availability or enhance training of other technicians.

  • Order consumable and non-consumable parts for tools as assigned.

  • Submit and maintain repair tag system.

  • Troubleshoot tool issues to root cause. Publish findings to the team in a timely fashion and present recommendations to avoid similar future failures.

  • Project management: Special projects will be assigned to improve tool reliability and reduce scrap risk on equipment failures:

  • Projects include equipment upgrades, modification and installation.

  • Interfacing with tool vendors on tool recovery.

  • Acquiring quotes with competing bids and submitting PRs with detailed justifications.

  • Reporting on project status on a regular basis

  • Ensuring timelines of projects are met and escalating when metrics are at risk of missing target.

  • Perform data analysis of tool performance on assigned tool and drive improvement activities based on data.

  • Use Statistical Process Control (SPC) to trouble shoot issues or determine the health of tools in the area.

  • Maintain a clean working area and continue with 5S principles during repairs and preventative maintenance (PMs).

  • Follow safety procedures and expectations which include knowledge of hazards and necessary precautions for assigned tool set(s) and following Lock out/Tag Out procedures for assigned tool set(s) and adhering to all clean room protocols and procedures.

  • Maintain electronic logs and attend pass down communications for FAB priority assignments.

  • Broad knowledge of electronic, mechanic, robotic, pneumatic, vacuum, chemical, and gas delivery systems related to semiconductor manufacturing.

Required qualifications for this position include: * 10 years of demonstrated software development experience in an enterprise environment. * 2 year degree plus 8 years of demonstrated software development experience in an enterprise environment, or 4 year degree plus 6 years of demonstrated software development experience in an enterprise environment, or 6 year degree plus 4 years of demonstrated software development experience in an enterprise environment. * Proficient using Microsoft productivity software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Visio. * Write modular code supporting ease of testing, maintenance, and extensibility; * Apply object-oriented coding principles including: encapsulation, inheritance, and polymorphism. * Provide expert mentoring, guidance, and application of object-oriented design patterns. * Provide expert mentoring and guidance for multi-tier application design. * Contribute to and critique architecture of complex applications involving multi-system integrations. * Utilize Visual Studio to create and maintain code. * Applied understanding of inheritance, interfaces, abstract classes, and access modifiers. * Provide point of service resolution for business critical .NET application related issues; * Create and maintain WCF services; * Experience developing SOA architecture supporting collections of services. * Contribute to architecture, creation and maintenance of data processing applications using Microsoft SQL Server. * Contribute to the architecture, creation, and maintenance of complex web applications using various web technologies including Microsoft ASP.NET MVC, Angular 2, C#, Java, WCF, RESTful APIs. * Contribute to the architecture, creation, and maintenance of client side scripting utilizing JavaScript frameworks including jQuery and Angular2. * HTML5 and CSS for responsive web design. * Configure Windows Server web deployments. * Provide expert troubleshooting guidance for web applications. * Provide point of service resolution for business critical web based system issues * Contribute to architecture of business integration applications built using ESB, .NET/WCF, WebAPI, XML, XSLT, Informatica, and SQL. * Analyze and process EDI X12 and other healthcare related transactions. * Provide point of service resolution for business critical EAI system issues. * Create and maintain complex reports using Crystal Reports and SSRS. * Create data sets supporting complex reports using SQL Server/SSIS/Informatica; * Provide point of service resolution for business critical reporting issues in EAI. * Contribute to architecture, creation, and maintenance of custom SharePoint Web Parts and Applications (2013). * Advanced Site Collection administration. * Configure complex Nintex workflows. * Provide guidance for Information Architecture. * Experience in point of service resolution for SharePoint, SOA, .NET, WCF, and for business critical web based system issues. * Experience with InfoPath and ShareGate tools. * Write automated unit tests using Visual Studio. * Provide expert guidance on application of mocks, fakes. * Provide expert guidance on technical approaches to complex testing requirements. Preferred qualifications for this position include: * Prior PHP Experience. * Basic Farm Administration skills. * Experience with 2010 and 2013 SharePoint.
