Dematic is looking for a solution oriented individual to understand and capture business requirements so we can fully leverage the Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management system for product development. This person will be a member of the PLM team that is implementing and supporting the Teamcenter solution for all Dematic locations and functions.
Works with cross-functional representatives from all major departments to define and align Product Development processes with PLM technology capabilities
Works across business organizations to create and maintain an integrated PLM approach to process development, manufacturing, and quality
Drives the definition and collection of business needs, articulates possible solutions and approaches for addressing business needs, and presents business cases for proposed solutions
Review project deliverables throughout development to ensure quality and traceability to requirements and adherence to standards. Participate in validation, testing, quality reviews.
Manages the backlog of requirements/user stories and oversee PLM configuration specifications
What We Are Looking For
Experience and Education Requirements:
5-8 years of experience in an business/technical analyst role or similar.
Typically BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree.
Must be able to understand and document the processes by which various development and operations groups and global regions within Dematic work together.
Experience in driving process improvement via enterprise solutions for Dematic or similar companies.
Experience facilitating group and individual discussions in order to collect business requirements, build solution options, present options and gain consensus on a solution.
Experience with PLM tools and concepts required.
Experience with Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution and NX CAD tool
Previous experience with Agile project management desired, but not mandatory.
Experience in multicultural settings.
Strong communications skillset.
Ability to travel up to 10%.
