Redneck Trailer Supplies, the nation's leading distributor of trailer parts and supplies, is looking for an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills who is interested in learning and then training and mentoring new hire and veteran employees in the full scope of job duties for all non-management positions at our wholesale and retail branch operation in Hampton, Iowa. This position will be responsible for on-time training, tracking, and recording of all training events for warehouse, material handling, customer service and clerical positions.
The Team Trainer will be a primary resource in resolving operational and software issues. The Team Trainer also will be a permanent member of the safety committee, lead safety training, safety meetings and conduct pre-audits of the Branch to ensure compliance. The ideal candidate will have training experience while exercising patience and understanding of different learning styles.
