Join Frito Lay as a GES Team Supervisor!

As a Frontline Supervisor, you will provide leadership and functional expertise to our team, ensuring smooth daily operations. Key responsibilities include directing daily work for frontline associates, utilizing technical systems for reporting and analytics, and leading performance meetings. You will also conduct performance coaching, provide individual feedback, and manage corrective actions. Your role involves making critical daily business decisions, handling team performance and personnel issues, and overseeing time and payroll systems. This position demands a proactive approach to maintaining high team performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

This role will serve as a frontline supervisor providing team leadership and functional expertise:

  • Provides daily work direction to frontline associates

  • Uses technical systems for reporting and analytics

  • Leads daily performance meetings

  • Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective action

  • Makes daily decisions impacting the business

  • Handles all team performance and personnel issues

  • Manages time and payroll systems

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,600 - $68,400 based on a full-time schedule.

  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.

  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.

  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required

  • Associates degree or equivalent background preferred

  • Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations Preferred

  • 3 + years' experience in Supervising Others Preferred

  • Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills

  • Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others - Take Others With You

  • Able to Instruct and Teach Others

  • Skills in Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work

  • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Capabilities

  • Knowledge of General Regulatory & Safety Processes and Procedures

  • Mechanical and Technical Aptitude
