Job Overview

In this role, 20-30% of your time will be dedicated to nurturing and maintaining solution partner relationships across the region. This involves regular communication to ensure goal alignment, sharing product updates, and identifying new collaboration opportunities. You will also coordinate and execute roadshows to demonstrate product capabilities and strengthen partner engagement, requiring meticulous planning, logistics, presentation preparation, and follow-up.

Additionally, you will handle operational tasks such as generating multi-location coverage reports and processing Static IP Requests. Coverage reports involve analyzing service data to identify support gaps, while managing Static IP Requests ensures partners and customers have the necessary network resources.

The remaining 70-80% of your role focuses on driving solution product demonstrations. You will showcase products to potential and existing customers, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Your expertise will be crucial in creating compelling demo environments and addressing technical questions.

By relieving regional Sales Engineers (SEs) of additional meetings, you enable them to focus on strategic initiatives, engage deeply with key accounts, and identify new business opportunities, driving growth and customer satisfaction. Your role balances partner relationship management with impactful product demonstrations, streamlining processes, enhancing experiences, and supporting sales and engineering teams in achieving their goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Activities:

  • Aligns to support an SMB sales team in-market.

  • Participate in customer meetings, primarily face to face.

  • Facilitate coverage analysis and review with customers.

  • Discuss and assist with processing In-Building coverage reqiests.

  • Uncover opportunities and recommend solutions

  • Understanding nuances and drivers

  • Design and architect services and solutions

  • Close technical hurdles

  • Prepare and present technical customer presentations

  • Present product roadmaps

  • Present network build-out plans.

  • Demonstrate wireless devices and solutions to customers.

  • Provide RFP technical input

  • Strategize with Sales team to improve Regional/National sales

  • Participate in account reviews with customers

  • Own customer technical relationships

  • Supports customer pilots.

Technical Focus:

  • Maintaining technical knowledge by attend training in assigned areas

  • Maintaining adequate level of industry expertise

  • Pursue industry certification appropriate to role

  • T-Mobile wireless network and related key technologies

  • Wireless handsets, mobile hotspots, tablets, and key wireless devices

  • Wireless-related Value-Added Solutions

  • High-level understanding of T-Mobile Global Wireline Solutions network, products, and technologies.

Post-Sales Activities:

  • Ensure a positive customer experience

  • Assist w/ high-level support and troubleshooting

  • Open tickets and engage appropriate support resources

  • Train Sales on technical topics, product updates, Tech Talks

  • Customer Trainings

  • Product/Network/Marketing road-show webinars

Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree STEM area of study strongly preferred. (Required)

Work Experience:

  • 2-4 years Experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales, managing internal/external relationships in a matrix environment. (Required)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Technical Leadership (Required)

  • Project Management (Preferred)

  • Communication Excellent oral and written communications; strong interpersonal skills. (Required)

  • Sales Experience with Sales Methodologies. (Preferred)

  • Applications Proficiency with business application software. (Required)

  • Strategic Leadership Ability to provide strategic direction in a leadership role. (Required)

  • Technical Presentations Ability to create and deliver technical presentations. (Required)

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
