Job Description

We are seeking a Team Member/ Sous Chef to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to expanding our clientele base to establish the restaurant's brand and reputation.



Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
  • Available consistently for morning preparation from 8AM-2PM, Mon-Saturday.
  • Prepare Pizza, Pasta, Wings, Wraps, etc, per company guidelines and training will be provided.
  • Check freshness and quality of ingredients
  • Assist in the development of menu items
  • Standardize recipes and plate presentations
  • Manage truck order, receiving, organizing and inventory management
  • Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
  • Take accountability and responsibility in the overall operation of the store with limited supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of cost and labor systems
  • Passion for food and cooking techniques
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • 18 Years or older
  • Harris County Food Handlers Certification and TABC Certification

Schedule court time, educate members on tennis programs, lessons, and equipment, and maintain the pro shop (where applicable). Provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business. Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesMember Experience * Greet, schedule lessons and court time and assist members in a friendly and professional manner * Be attentive and promptly respond to member needs Explain all Tennis programs, services, and equipment to members and assist them with determining their individual needs Initiate, develop and maintain personalized relationships with members * Quickly and efficiently respond to member questions, comments, and concerns * Assist in ensuring all tennis facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition Sale & Promotion Promote and sell tennis programs, services, and equipment Promote and sell permanent court Promote all Life Time Fitness programs, products, and services Financial & Budgetary Assist Department Head with inventory and ordering product (where applicable) Ensure all daily billing is completed accurately and efficiently.
