Team Member Service Director

The Team Member Services Director assists in the direction of residence operations. Lead and motivate employees in providing quality care and services to residents and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Assist the Resident Care Consultant and AL/MC Director of Clinical Services/Resident Care Directors with educating the care staff in ensuring quality resident care is provided in a manner that upholds the organization’s philosophy and the well-being of the residents. Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and department heads; organize and maintain employee files; responsible for recruiting, hiring, benefits, administration, and general customer service duties. Acknowledge, utilize, and understand NC regulations and apply to all areas of the community.

Requirements

• CNA OR PCA
• CPR Instructor Certified.

• Friendly, caring disposition with a desire to work with older adults.

• One-year experience in the assisted living or human services field preferred.

• Must show leadership abilities and work independently, efficiently, and reliably.

• Effective communicator with the ability to appropriately respond to needs and concerns as needed.

• Computer proficient with in-depth experience in MS Outlook, Excel & Word.

• Good time management and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
